Frequently asked questions

Q: How do you workout?

I love to workout in a variety of ways and include integrated training into most of my personal workouts.   I may have a focus for a 4-6 weeks and then change it up.  I am always looking for new ways to stay active.

Q: Is it for guys?

Yes.

I have trained several male clients (including my husband, Jay) and encourage men to incorporate my style of training to enhance what they are already doing.

Q: What do you eat?

Besides cookies?!?  Just kidding, I do love cookies and that is why I believe in balance and moderation.  I eat clean most of the time - veggies, lean meats/fish, fruit,  and good carbs but enjoy other foods in moderation.  A  few years ago  I identified my food allergies and sensitivities so I pay close attention to what I put in my body.  I enjoy helping others find a nutrition plan that works for them.

Q: Is what you do kinda like CrossFit?

While some elements of my style of training may look similar to CrossFit,  or other types of training, it is NOT CrossFit .  I work hard to create workouts and a product that stands out and can be personalized to fit each clients needs.  With that said I am tight with many CrossFitters and respect what they do...if you are interested, some of my best friends own a CrossFit box and I'd be glad to hook you up!
